One set of prize terms, for everything
Version 1.0 · October 2026 · Anything For Clout Ltd · Company 17373875
1 · Who runs it
The promoter is Anything For Clout Ltd (company 17373875, England & Wales). These terms apply to every season, cup, challenge and campaign on Anything For Clout. They sit alongside the Rules of Play and the Terms.
Anything specific to one competition — the prizes, when it opens and closes, and any fallback — is shown on that competition’s own page before you enter. If that page and these terms ever disagree, these terms win.
2 · Who can win
Anyone 13 or over living in the United Kingdom with an Anything For Clout account in good standing. Under-18s need a parent or guardian’s agreement, as everywhere on the app.
Our employees, contractors and their households can play, but cannot win prizes.
Place prizes (town, borough, city or country) go to players whose home place on their profile is that place. Home places lock once you set them, like your date of birth, so nobody can hop to an easier board. We may ask for proof of address before sending a place prize. Genuinely moved? Contact us and we’ll update it.
3 · It's free
No entry fee, no purchase, no subscription — ever. Paying for anything on the app (like Clout Pass) gives no advantage and no extra chance. Subscribing to or following our social channels is never required to enter or win.
4 · How winners are decided
Prizes go to the top of the relevant board when the season or competition closes, using the points rules in the Rules of Play. Prizes reward topping a leaderboard — they are not payment for taking part or for your video.
Ties are broken by who reached the tied total first. Points from activity we find to be manipulated (duplicate accounts, bought views, vote rings) are removed before the board is settled.
Where a prize grows with the number of players, the amount it reaches when the competition closes is the prize. A prize that depends on a target (for example a subscriber goal) always states its fallback in writing before you enter, and the fallback is what’s awarded if the target isn’t met.
5 · Under-18 winners
Never cash or vouchers. An under-18 winner of a cash prize receives an item, kit, equipment or an experience of the same value instead, chosen with their parent or guardian.
Never anything age-restricted. If a prize includes something rated or restricted above the winner’s age — for example an 18-rated game — that part is replaced with an age-appropriate item of at least the same value, chosen with their parent or guardian. Everything else in the prize stays the same.
Prizes for under-18s are sent to their parent or guardian.
6 · Checks before any prize is sent
Every prize is checked, whatever its value. Adults confirm their identity (free, a couple of minutes, earns no points). Under-18s are never asked for ID — their parent or guardian confirms the prize from their Parent Hub.
We also confirm the account is the winner’s only account and that the points were earned within the rules.
7 · Claiming
We tell winners in the app. You have 28 days to claim from your settings. If a prize isn’t claimed in time, or the checks can’t be completed, it passes to the next eligible player on the board.
Physical prizes are delivered to UK addresses only, free of charge, normally within 30 days of a completed claim. Delivery details are deleted 30 days after delivery.
8 · Substitutes, tax and the small print
If a prize becomes unavailable, we’ll replace it with one of equal or greater value. Cash alternatives are not offered (except as section 5 allows for adults where the competition page says so).
Prizes are not transferable. Any tax on a prize is the winner’s responsibility; we’ll flag it where a prize is large enough to matter.
We may publish winners’ handles and placings. We never publish an under-18 winner’s name, face or town in a winner announcement without their parent or guardian’s agreement.
9 · Disqualification
We can disqualify anyone who breaks the Rules of Play, tries to manipulate a result, or puts anyone at risk to win. We’ll always tell you why, and you can appeal to a person.
10 · Changes and law
We won’t change a competition’s prizes or rules for the worse after it opens. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
